Canyon Rose Academy is an innovative alternative charter high school dedicated to providing a supportive student-centered blended learning environment for diverse learners, including those who may have struggled in traditional school settings since 2003.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Principal to join our team. The ideal candidate is innovative, student-focused, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to education. You will play a key role in engaging and supporting students through high school.

Starting Salary is $60,000

Location: 2401 S. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, AZ  85711

The Assistant Principal:

• Oversees front desk/school operations
• Coordinates compliance with special education and ELL programs
• Creates and maintains a safe learning environment
• Support the Principal in leading and developing staff to implement the Rose Operating System for Education™.

Minimum Requirements/Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
• Arizona Principal Certificate with Structured English Immersion (SEI) endorsement, or eligibility to obtain such certification
• Teaching Experience Required
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Confident & Competent in technology
