Business Manager
RM Group is an education management organization (EMO) located in Tucson, Arizona. RM Group, as an EMO, helps oversee five ROSE Academy schools, a group of alternative charter high schools, with several locations in the city.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Manager, from 8:00-4:30pm Monday through Friday, to join our team.
Starting salary is $45,000.00
Location: 3686 W. Orange Grove Rd. Ste. 192
Essential Job Functions:
· Oversee General Accounting & Reporting: Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and resource ordering, while compiling data for audits.
· Process documentation for payroll and manage files.
· Support operations and facility management.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable area or 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Obtain and maintain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
Experience Requirements
- Proficient in accounting and payroll software, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Able to do detailed mathematical computations.
- Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to produce accurate work and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
